Manuela Tirini, attorney since 1994, born in Bologna, obtained her law degree from Bologna University "Alma Mater" in 1991.
She’s an attorney entitled to italian Supreme Court.
She has been a family law speaker in several conferences (Italian and international family law), with particular reference to mixed marriages, to international child abduction, to recovery of maintenance in the UE and Worldwide and to the protection of the human rights in front of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
She has written several monographs and journal articles about international family law.
She’s a member of international law family associations and she’s legal consultant of several italian associations protecting children.
She is a Collaborative Law Attorney and she is one of the founding member of AIADC (Italian Association of Collaborative Law) and a member of IACP.
She’s a member of Reunite International (www.reunite.org - International Child Abduction Centre), and she fluently speaks english and french languages.
